Live Fencing

- The physical thickness of GI wire used in the chain link fence will determine the Wight and life of the chain link fence.
- Usually in chain link manufacturing 2.3 2.5, 2.8, 3mm thickness of GI wire and 2mm for 1×1 size only are used.

- It we buy chain link roll in square feet rate or bundle rate, we cannot know the thickness of wire and length and weight of the roll.

Selection of Quality of the GI Wire usedd in Chain Link RollFENCING RAW MATERIAL GI WIRE
- GI wire means Galvanized Iron wire. Coating of Zink is done by hot dip
galvanizing and electroplating method. Hot dip method GI wire is more durable. Normally the price of GI wire is determined by the coating thickness. GI coating thickness is measured and identified by GSM (gram per square meter) duration life of chain link and barbed wire fencing is determined by the coating thickness of GI wire used in the chain link and barbed wire. - NORMAL GI WIRE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET IS
30 TO 40 GSM, 50 TO 70 GSM, 80 TO 90 GSM, 100 To 120 GSM - Normal coating thickness available in market is 40Gsm below this also available.
- Our higher GSM coated chain link and barbed wire bundle will carry our raw material test certificate with roll manufacturing specification slip in packing slip as QR code in our packing slip.
- The consumers can know the quality of the raw material used in their purchasing bundle of chain link or barbed wire through QR code reader apps.

Selection of Gape Size of Chain Link Fence
For agriculture farms we can select 3x3and 4×4 size chain link. Because we are fencing against animals only
- We can select two size of chain link in single fence. That is for example in a 5 feet height. Chain link fence we can put 2×2 in bottom for 2 feet or 2 ½ feet and remaining top side 3×3. Like wise we can put double sizes in a single fence.
- In some area in country hen poultry farms snakes will be attracted. For this we are covering the chain link fence with FISHNETS.
Selection of Height of Chain Link Fence
- For this we have to select the height of post and type (https://bit.ly/3nMaVhE ).
- IF the post is of 6 feet height, two feet will be under the ground level so we can put 4feet height chain link fences.
- If the post is of 7 feet height two feet will be under the ground level and we can put 5feet height chain link fencing. 2X2. 2 ½ X2 ½,3X3, 3 ½ X3 ½, AND 4X4, 4 ¼ X 4 ¼
- And double Dekker size chain links also available.
- For example we can get chain link of 2×2 in bottom for 2 or 3 feet height and 3×3 size in top for 2 or 3 feet.
- Likewise we can select and get any two size of chain link for our same one fence.
Selection of Length of Chain Link
- We can select our chain link length what we need exact.
- We can buy as per our required length of Chain link roll.
- No need of buying full roll.
Barbed Wire Fencing
- Barbed wire is a rope of two wires studded with wire thorn. It is used for fencing in trespassing areas and big forms. Two sizes are available. 12×12 barbed wire is 20 feet length per kg and 30 feet for14x14 barbed wire approximately.
- We can use the barbed wire as stay wire in chain link fencing in three lines as show in picture.
- Higher GSM ISI barbed wire also available.
